Situated on the steep hills of the village of Vire, the vines grow on layers of clay and et marno-calcaires du Bajocien supérieur soils which have the reputation of delivering some of the best wines in Burgundy. generally associated with the best wines of Burgundy.
Certified organic viticulture.

Caractéristiques :
• Vines: 40 years old
• Soil: clay & limestone  from the Bajocien Supérieur (Jurassique moyen).
• Exposure : East
• Harvest: by hand in 20kg crates, whole bunch pressing
• Vinification and ageing: indigenous yeasts, 65% in stainless steel tanks and 35% in new, 1 and 2 years old barrels
